Yoga Nidra is a gentle, guided exploration through the layers of the body into an inner, more subtle awareness somewhere between waking and sleep. This restorative practice is done in a restful position. You will not be moving through asanas.

Drum circles are groups of people playing percussion instruments together (drums mostly) while connecting with each other. This therapy might also include bells, shakers, woodblocks, tambourines, and/or other hand percussion instruments. It is considered a form of experiential therapy.
