Reiki is a form of alternative therapy which is commonly referred to as energy healing. It emerged in Japan in the late 1800's. This technique is mainly used for stress reduction, relaxation and to promote healing by transferring energy. Reiki is considered a Holistic practice because it treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.
The Holistic version incorporates other practices such as aura cleansing, aromatherapy, chakra's alignment and sound therapy.
Why take a private class?
A private session allows for a more intimate view into your yoga practice. Whether You are starting a new one, deepening your current practice, working with an injury, or trying to accomplish a specific goal.
Some benefits of a private class:
The session is focused on helping soon-to-be moms through the physical and hormonal changes their bodies are going through, and help prepare them for labor.
